Down/Scott Residence

Wanting to increase space and improve function of this beautiful mid-century home, the owners decided to remodel. With an extensive remodel of the entire main level, attention was given to preserve the style of the original architecture. Increasing space was also important so a new level was added by digging out the existing crawlspace and providing extra bedrooms and living space in a new basement. All areas of the home blend seamlessly with the owners impeccable, retro interior design.
